Ten Leadership Skills for the Future

While at the Health Horizons 2020 conference in June, Distinguished IFTF Fellow Bob Johansen handed out his latest piece of engagement "Ten Leadership Skills for the Future" which debuts in his latest publication Leaders Make the Future: Ten New Leadership Skills for an Uncertain World.

Below is a photo of the hand out he gave to all of the participants at the conference. I rated myself on a scale from -2 (weak) 0 (uncertain) 2 (strong). I think all of these skills are vital and essential for industry leaders and thought makers moving forward. Leaders take note: We need to be concious, versatile, and willing to surrender our own ego to playing well with others.

What do you think are the top leadership qualities for the future?
